Billing
For users who have signed up for services that require payment, by providing a credit card number or bank account number, the user agrees that The Scrap Post may charge the member's account for the right to view the information either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually as specified by the user at time of sign-up. The user's account will be charged on a regular billing cycle. If the user elects to discontinue viewing the information on The Scrap Post, user agrees to notify The Scrap Post in writing, ten business days prior to the next billing cycle.

Changes in Terms
The Scrap Post shall have the right at any time to change these terms and conditions or to require new terms. Such changes or additions shall be effective no later than thirty (30) days after notification has been given to the user by any means which give you actual knowledge of them.
