You can have the reports e-mailed to you every day as long as you have an e-mail account and Adobe Acrobat Reader. This service is especially helpful to networked companies that give their employees e-mail capability, but not true internet access.

E-mailed reports are sent out through our broadcast e-mail server at 8:50 AM ET and at 2:50 PM ET. Since the server can send at over 400 e-mails at a time, all of our clients should have their reports within minutes after we send it. Your report will arrive in your mailbox as a message from The Scrap Post with a PDF attachment. This version of the report will include the Traders Corner listings that we also send to our fax clients.

Why E-mail over fax? The faxed report is only a single page in order to keep transmission times and costs down. But with e-mail, there are no such constraints. The morning report is 3 pages- 4 pages on Traders Corner days. The afternoon report is 2 pages long and includes industrial index quotes too, such as the Dow Jones, S&P 500, and the NASDAQ. Archiving your reports is easier on your computer as well, leaving you with nothing more to file than a disk. If you want the report printed in hard copy, you must agree that usually your printer is better than your fax machine for quality output. With more information, better output, ease of archiving, and still the same price as fax service, why would you NOT go with e-mail? Our clients who have switched swear they will never go back to fax!
