You can have the reports faxed to you every day as long as you have a dedicated fax line. Our fax server will not function properly if you physically answer your fax line. Also, your fax machine must be set to receive incoming faxes by the 4th ring.

Faxed reports are sent out in order of time zone through our broadcast fax server at 8:50 AM ET and at 2:50 PM ET. Since the server can send at over 100 fax calls at a time, all of our clients should have their reports within 15-20 minutes after we send it.

Our software is set to make 3 initial attempts to send to your fax machine before giving up. After all the faxes have been sent through completely for the first time (3 tries each client as needed), then we will attempt to refax those that failed for an additional 3 tries. If your fax still has not gone through, then we must assume you have an error on your end and will not attempt to send that report again. If you do not get your report, all you have to do is contact us and we will gladly send it out to you immediately from our office.
